ICE Kraków Congress Centre
The AIMed Global Forum 2027 takes place at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre – the city’s flagship congress venue, opened in 2014, with over 36,000 m² of conference space.
It sits right in the heart of Kraków, on the bank of the Vistula River and directly opposite Wawel Royal Castle. The building is a striking modern glass structure next to the Grunwald Bridge – hard to miss and easy to find, in the very centre of the city.
Getting there
From Kraków Airport (John Paul II International Airport, KRK)
By train: Take the SKA1 train from Kraków Lotnisko (Airport) to Kraków Główny (Main Station), about 20 minutes. From there, tram 18 or 52 (direction Czerwone Maki P+R) to Rondo Grunwaldzkie.
By taxi/ride-hailing: About 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. Uber, Bolt and FreeNow all operate in Kraków.
From Kraków Główny (Main Railway Station)
From Kraków Główny, walk to the Teatr Słowackiego tram stop and take tram 12 (direction Czerwone Maki P+R). Get off at Rondo Grunwaldzkie — right by the ICE Congress Centre.
Public transport
Nearest stops: Rondo Grunwaldzkie and Centrum Kongresowe ICE, both a short walk away — the closest is roughly 50 metres from the entrance.
By bike or scooter
The riverside bike path along the Vistula connects directly to ICE and avoids all traffic. City bikes and e-scooters (Bolt, Lime) are widely available.
Parking & drop-off
ICE Kraków has a two-storey underground car park (around 335 spaces), with the entrance from Barska Street. There is a designated drop-off point on Konopnickiej Street for taxis and for guests with luggage or reduced mobility. Additional car parks are available nearby, though rates rise during major events — we recommend public transport where possible.
Accessibility
The venue is fully adapted for wheelchair users: a step-free main entrance, lifts connecting all foyer levels and halls, a wheelchair ramp, and accessible toilets throughout.

You’ll find everything you need within a few minutes’ walk of ICE — cafés (including a bakery-café inside the building), grocery shops and a 24-hour pharmacy. Our on-site help desk will be happy to point you in the right direction throughout the event.
