how we started

One day in 2025.

A three-day forum by 2027.

AIMed began as a single day alongside MIRCIM in Kraków. The field clearly needed a space of its own — and within a year it became a three-day international forum. 2027 marks the 2nd standalone edition.

AIMed is a joint initiative developed by scholars from the Polish Institute for Evidence Based Medicine (PIEBM), the Big Data Institute at the University of Oxford, the Department of Medicine at McMaster University and the Interdisciplinary Health Data Center of the Jagiellonian University Medical College.
